What is being asked for?
Information Technology Services to include continuing to provide existing systems/applications and emerging OSDMIS projects with design, development, and ongoing maintenance and support services for automation tools. This includes providing OSDMIS projects with all necessary software configuration, customization, administration, operation and maintenance (O&M), help desk services, development and performance monitoring in support of these automation tools.
