Deeper Dive into NIH Nat'l Institute of Drug Addiction & NIAAA

Join us on March 26, 2025 at 1:30pm as we go deep into two somewhat related instiututes that need vendor support: National Institute of Drug Abuse and National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA).
NIDA's mission is to advance science on drug use and addiction and to apply that knowledge to improve individual and public health.
NIAAA's mission is to lead the nation’s research efforts on alcohol use disorder, NIAAA supports research conducted within the Institute, as well as in institutions around the world. The Institute's strategic plan serves as a roadmap for optimizing the allocation of resources to areas of alcohol research most likely to benefit from additional support, translating scientific discoveries for the benefit of the public, and continuing to build on NIAAA’s position as the nation’s key source of evidence-based information on alcohol and health.
