This is a $974,644,813.93 delivery order contract awarded by the Administration for Children and Families, a civilian federal agency, to Guidehouse Inc. (doing business as Navigant), a global management and technology consulting firm. The contract is for the purpose of providing efficient and effective grant, financial, and contract management services, IT solutions, and support to the GrantSolutions program and its partners.
The contract is a Time and Materials type, issued under the Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC). It does not have a set-aside designation and has an ultimate completion date of September 16, 2028. Guidehouse, as a prime contractor, will leverage its expertise in areas such as enterprise risk management, data analytics, program management, IT support, strategic planning, and financial advisory services to assist the Administration for Children and Families in improving operations, enhancing performance, and addressing complex challenges related to grant and financial management.
